Manage Your Subscription
Your Realm subscription is yours to control. You can skip a delivery, change how often it arrives, update your address or payment method, or cancel entirely, all from your subscription portal.
Go to your subscription portal
Sign in using the same email address you used when you placed your subscription order. If you sign in with a different email, your account will look empty and you will not see your subscription.
To cancel
Open the portal, select your subscription, choose Manage subscription, then choose Cancel. Your cancellation takes effect immediately and nothing further will bill or ship.
Cannot find your subscription?
This almost always means you are signed in under a different email address than the one on your subscription. Check the email address on your most recent Realm order confirmation, then sign out and sign back in using that address.
If it still does not appear, email us at info@drinkrealm.com with the email address on your order and we will cancel or update your subscription for you within one business day. You will never need to ask twice.
